CRIMSI is a subscription-based technology platform that enables freelancers, business owners, store owners, and online sellers to create digital stores or service pages.

CRIMSI does not:

Manufacture products
Own inventory
Sell goods or services directly
Handle logistics or shipping
Collect customer payments for seller transactions
Act as an intermediary for order fulfillment

CRIMSI only provides digital infrastructure for store creation and visibility within India.

2. No Returns Through CRIMSI

CRIMSI does not accept, process, or manage returns of any products or services listed by users on their stores.

All return, cancellation, exchange, refund, warranty, or service-related claims must be handled directly between:

The seller/service provider
and the end customer

3. Seller Responsibility

Each seller or service provider using CRIMSI is solely responsible for:

Product authenticity
Service quality
Pricing accuracy
Tax compliance
Delivery arrangements
After-sales support
Warranty obligations
Return and refund policies for their customers

Sellers must clearly communicate their own return and refund policies to their customers.

4. CRIMSI Not Responsible for Commercial Disputes

CRIMSI shall not be liable for:

Product defects
Delivery delays
Non-delivery
Payment disputes between seller and customer
Quality issues
Warranty claims
Service dissatisfaction

Any commercial dispute shall be resolved directly between the seller and the customer.

5. No Guarantee of Sales or Transactions

CRIMSI does not guarantee:

Store traffic
Customer inquiries
Order conversions
Revenue generation

The platform only provides digital visibility tools.

6. Prohibited Products and Services

Businesses dealing in the following are strictly prohibited:

Alcohol and liquor
Medicines and pharmaceuticals
Drugs or narcotics
Regulated or illegal goods
Any goods or services prohibited under Indian law

If a seller lists prohibited items:

The account may be suspended or terminated
No subscription refund shall be issued
Legal action may be initiated where applicable

7. India-Only Scope

CRIMSI currently operates only within India. Cross-border commerce or international shipping is not supported.

8. Platform Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, CRIMSI's liability is limited strictly to the subscription fee paid by the user for platform access and does not extend to commercial transactions conducted through user-created stores.

9. Acknowledgment

By creating a store on CRIMSI, users acknowledge and agree that:

CRIMSI is only a technology enabler
All commercial risks are borne by the seller
CRIMSI has no obligation to manage or resolve product return claims
